Nick Pond
Nick Pond is a Strategic Growth Advisor at Meritage Partners, where he helps business owners, entrepreneurs, and families navigate the intersection of business growth, exit planning, and long-term wealth preservation. He also plays a key role in expanding the firm’s strategic partner ecosystem, developing relationships with trusted advisors and organizations that create value for clients while driving Meritage’s continued growth.
Growing up in the Arizona heat, he swapped the desert for the snow-covered Utah mountains and graduated with a B.A. in Economics from BYU in 2012. Shortly after, Nick headed further West to the sunny coast of Southern California. Since then, he has worked across multiple industries, including EdTech, medical sales, insurance, healthcare and finance.
When he’s not crushing it in his professional life, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Kat & their 2 daughters, traveling, staying active, and exploring the outdoors with their black lab, Ryder. He is also an avid Disney adult, movie buff, adventurer & singer in a local cover band and enjoys performing throughout Southern California.
