Daniel serves as Director of Operations at Meritage Partners. In this role, he oversees internal systems, process development, and operational alignment to support deal execution and scalable firm growth.
Prior to joining Meritage, Daniel founded and led multiple service-based businesses with a focus on operational turnaround and infrastructure implementation. His background includes frontline combat leadership as a U.S. Army veteran, where he developed his foundational approach to systems thinking and mission-critical execution. He has since applied those principles to both entrepreneurial ventures and consulting engagements, helping owners streamline workflows, reduce friction, and increase enterprise value.
Daniel holds numerous certifications related to business operations and insurance claims, including advanced training in estimating software, alternative dispute resolution, and systems auditing. He is also an equity partner in Quantifi, an operational consulting firm focused on improving EBITDA and preparing companies for strategic exits.
He resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and son. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys boating, paddleboarding, and building tools that help founders move from chaos to clarity.
