More importantly, Brian strives for excellence and fairness in deal structure and has a deeply intuitive understanding of the importance of company compatibility. Brian’s experience in the M&A Industry has greatly contributed to his understanding of transaction structure, strategic placement of buyers and sellers, and the attainment of fair market value for his clients. Brian has represented and completed deals with an extremely diverse set of small, middle and large-sized companies in a number of industries and has significant experience working with companies in: architecture & engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, wellness, technology, and professional services.
In addition to his leadership role with Meritage Partners, Brian has also served as a board advisor for various companies and non-profit organizations. He enjoys spending his leisure time with his family, planning camping trips, playing baseball, and vlogging.
