Carter Looney is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator-investor with over 25 years of experience buying, growing, and exiting businesses across various industries. Following a successful company exit in 2010, he shifted focus to advising and investing in mid-market enterprises seeking transformation and scale.
Carter’s career spans roles in Private Equity, M&A advisory, and hands-on company leadership. He has closed dozens of deals and served as a CEO and CFO in multiple companies, giving him deep insight into what it takes to scale a business and achieve a successful exit.
Born and raised in rural Arizona, but with German roots, Carter and his family split their time between US and Europe.
