Scott Stepanik is an entrepreneurial-minded, M&A professional.
Scott previously was the co-founder of Valtari, Ltd., a research and deal origination firm geared to middle market M&A and private equity, which has successfully contributed to over 750 deals and pitches worldwide. Through his leadership role he engendered an impeccable understanding of the M&A deal process. Prior, Scott worked for a boutique M&A firm in Tallinn, Estonia where he was tasked with managing its buy-side activity throughout the Baltic and Scandinavia regions.
Scott obtained an MSc in Marketing from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and received a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Scott holds the designation of CM&AA (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor) and is a member of the AM&AA (Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors).
Scott resides in London. He is dedicated to philanthropic activities, particularly those that champion human rights and environmental stewardship. His interests vary from music, film, foreign affairs, playing baseball & ice hockey, and astronomy — to name a few.
