He has led a $250M customer success organization, executed multiple bolt-on acquisitions, and oversaw the post-merger integration that formed a $1B public software company. As an independent advisor, Mike has supported investors, consultancies, and professional-services firms with industry insight for M&A and growth initiatives. Mike now brings his extensive experience in manufacturing, software and M&A to Meritage Partners to assist clients in maximizing the value of their M&A transactions.
