NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Meritage Partners, Inc. (“Meritage Partners”), a leading, boutique, middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory, is pleased to announce the successful sale of tk1sc (“tk1sc”) to globally-recognized professional services firm WSP (TSX:WSP). The transaction closed on January 27, 2021.
The Partners of tk1sc strongly believe that by joining the largest engineering firm in North America will accelerate its trajectory toward achieving its 2025 goals, realizable by leveraging WSP’s scale, back-end infrastructure, and resources.
