(“Meritage Partners”), a leading, boutique, middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Infrastructure Engineers (“Infrastructure Engineers”) to globally-recognized engineering services company Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: BWMN). The transaction closed on June 12, 2023.
